At Tango’s Tots we work in accordance with the ‘The Early Years Foundation’, this is a curriculum which sets the standards for care, learning and development for children. It values babies and young children and recognises individuality and their achievements. 

We create personal records for each child. This allows our practitioners to plan activities and experiences, promoting the children’s learning and development.

 At the heart of Tango’s Tots is our wonderful team. Every teacher holds full Early Childhood Development (ECD) qualifications and brings a genuine passion for nurturing young minds. Our caring assistants also hold recognised early childhood care qualifications, ensuring every child is supported in their learning and growth. Beyond teaching credentials, our staff are trained in First Aid, while key members are also skilled in Fire Safety procedures.

We take safety very seriously, which is why every staff member has full police clearance to work in the early childhood sector. Even our chefs play a vital role – each one holds Basic Food Handling certification, making sure our children’s meals are prepared with care and attention. Most importantly, our team shares a deep enthusiasm for children and values each child as unique and full of potential
